Architectural Drawings for Conservatories

Some conservatories require full planning permission, while others may not under the permitted development guidelines. This will be assessed during our visit to your property. If full planning permission is needed for your conservatory, we can handle the application on your behalf.

A building warrant is always required.

If full planning permission is necessary for your new Conservatory, it can take up to 10 weeks from the submission of your application until approval (by the council). We will maintain continuous communication with them and update you every step of the way.
Your building warrant will be submitted during this time.

If you only require a building warrant, this typically takes around 6-8 weeks from application submission.

Some conservatories may also require a Structural Engineer’s Report (SER) to accompany the planning permission and building warrant application. If needed, we can recommend a selection of approved engineers that we work with regularly.
