Yes, it will require full planning permission.

A building warrant always is required.

Full planning permission can take up to 10 weeks from the submission of your application until approval (by the council). We will maintain continuous communication with them and update you every step of the way. 

Your building warrant will be submitted during this time.

You will require a Structural Engineer’s Report (SER) to accompany the planning permission and building warrant application. We can recommend a selection of approved engineers that we work with regularly.
