Planning Permission in Principle (PPP) is an undetailed application for permission in principle for development on a specified site. Archiplan can work with your ideas and compile a complete Planning Permission in Principal Application Pack to seek your outline permission for your new project.
In this instance, a set of basic outline plans, ordinance survey maps (scale of 1:1250 & 1:500), application forms and any other supporting information is required to be submitted to the council for your application to be validated and processed by the council.
Once your application has been received and validated by the council, it takes a minimum of 8-weeks for the council to provide feedback. Within this period we will be in constant dialogue with the council to ensure any questions that arise are dealt with promptly.
We will always keep you up to date with all developments whilst your application goes through the process as we act as your duly appointed agent from the outset.
If your Planning Permission in Principle is granted, you still need to apply for full (detailed) planning permission before you can commence development, and there are no guarantees that your full planning permission application will be accepted.
